MyTravelport search: Printer setup and linkage
Before using Travelport+ to issue any documents, check your printer status. From your workstation, check your printer status and ticket and invoice (TINS) tables to verify correct document numbering (TINS is the Travelport+ Ticket/Invoice Numbering System).
To check printer linkage and status from your workstation, enter: HMLD

If you are not linked to a device and do not know the GTID, check the GTIDs by viewing the linkage for your Pseudo City Code by entering: HMLDPCC
Example: HMLD7IXX
To link to the appropriate device, enter HMLM followed by the device number, then DI. For example, to link to the itinerary/electronic ticket support document printer GTID C066F7, enter: HMLMC066F7DI
If the link is showing with a D for Down under the ST (status) column, set the status to UP by entering: HMOMC066F7-U
