Display activated queue with categories
When you use the QCA entry, an asterisk (*) appears against the queue number.
Assign a queue category
To assign a category within a queue. For example, queue 36 for category HX.
Enter: QDCA/54*CHX
To display all active categories and date ranges for a queue. For example, Q 54.
Enter: QCTA/54
Only categories with activity are displayed.
Name the queue category
Your office’s secondary authorizer can name the queues to make it easier to identify the queue owner.
Enter: QDQT/54
Tab to add the names. Category names can be up to 12 characters.
Enter: QEB/54*CHX queue booking files to Cancelled Queue.
