Travelport Smartpoint for Worldspan has been created as an add-on application for Go! Res that infuses the cryptic environment with a hybrid of native and point and click navigation, plus graphical user interfaces designed to speed up the booking process, reduce call handling time and improve the user experience. In addition, the desktop has been refreshed and updated for all users.

Note: All existing logins for the existing Worldspan Go! Res desktop will provide access to the new version. No new provisioning is required as access is controlled via Office Manager.

To assist when reporting any Travelport Smartpoint issues please confirm your version of Smartpoint.

The version number is displayed in the lower right corner of the login page at https://go.worldspan.com. In this example, the version number is V5.5.1(30).
