History Tab

The History tab keeps a record of the entries you have made with links to replay a specific entry or multiple entries. The History tab displays a maximum of 250 entries, including macros and ScriptPro scripts.

Displaying the History

You can display the History by either:

  • Clicking the History tab in the PNR Viewer.
  • Pressing the F5 key in the Entry Field in the Smart Screen. Each time you press F5, the previous entry and response displays, which allows you to flow through all of the most recent entries.

Replaying Entries

To replay a specific entry, click on the icon to the left of the entry.  The response appears in the Smart Screen.

  • To replay multiple entries, select the entries using the check boxes on the left hand side.  By selecting multiple entries, the icon to send to the host moves to the top right hand side of the History Tab. 

After you make your selection, click the icon to send the entries to the host.

  • At Login the History Tab is empty.
  • The options within the History tab are to replay an entry, and display the system response to an entry.
  • The replay option allows you to edit the entry before replaying it.
  • To replay all entries, select the Select All box at the top of the replay column. Clicking on Select All again deselects all the items.  The icon to send the entries to the host is located at the top right hand side of the History Tab.

Editing Replay Entries

An entry may be edited prior to sending it to be replayed.  For example to change the origin from BOS to CLE:

Click in the entry and make the changes, and then click on the Send Entry icon or press ENTER.  The original entry shown in the History remains unchanged, and the new entry is added at the top of the display.

Keyboard Shortcuts for Editing Entries

To speed the editing process, you can use keyboard shortcuts for a number of common entries.

Displaying System Responses

The Expand/Collapse column is used to view system responses.  You may select a specific response or all responses.

To view a specific system response, click on the arrow to the left of the entry.  The response will appear in the History Tab.

To close or collapse the response, click on the downward facing arrow.

To view all system responses, select the arrow at the top of the column. All system responses will appear in the History Tab.
