Settings

Settings includes scripts to access Office Manager functions, Macros, Script Download, and information on the system. Access to some of the options in Settings depends upon the authorities you have been granted in your Worldspan Profile.

Script Name	Description
Host Print Manager	Launches Host Print Manager configuration in a separate browser window.
Keyboard Mapping	Identifies the keys that have been mapped to a specific functionality for Worldspan Go! system.
Get Office Macros	Allows you to download current version of Office Macros from the server to a workstation after updates have been made.
Macro Editor	Allows you to create, delete, and modify a macro, assign a keystroke to a macro, or copy Office Macros.
My Preferences	Allows you to display your Authorities, customize the color for the Smartpoint screen, and the font and color for the Terminal Emulator Res Windows. You are also able to name the Res Windows, and customize the host connections.
Manage Host Connections	This option is available to an Office Manager only. This is a display of the Host Connections for your office showing you the details of the connections. This display allows Host Connections to be associated to and detached from the Login IDs.
Manage User Access	This option is available to an Office Manager only. This allows Office Managers the option of restricting access to Worldspan Go! users to one or more workstations in a multiple location. This is done by associating a user Login ID to a workstation group. The user default is full roaming.
Office Manager	This option is available to an Office Manager only. This allows Office Managers to add, delete, and change the User Worldspan Profiles. Additionally, Office Managers have the ability to Manage Host Connections and Manage User Access to the system.
Save Windows Layout	The size of the windows may be temporarily changed by dragging the window to the required position on the screen. If required, you may save the configuration using the Save Windows Layout option.
ScriptPro Editor	This is the application that allows an agency to create its own custom scripts utilizing ScriptPro.
Script Download	This link activates the download of standard scripts to the agency location. If you have the authority to download scripts, the latest version of the standard ScriptPro scripts is stored on the fileserver.
System	System information is accessed by the Site Administrator for the purposes of internal and external support. Information includes workstation settings, browser information, and customer specifications.
System Diagnostics	Performs Network diagnostics. Information provides a capture of your system, providing information to internal Worldspan support.
Worldspan Files	Provides a method to transfer local log files to Worldspan for analysis.
