Hotel TripAdvisor Ratings and Reviews
Travelport Smartpoin thas the ability to retrieve and display TripAdvisor ratings and reviews for hotel properties along with the AAA and NTM rating and scores. TripAdvisor ratings are displayed for the following:
- Hotel List
- Hotel Results
- Hotel Availability
When you hover over a rating a pop-up will display indicating how many times the property has been reviewed.
TripAdvisor ratings range from 1 - 5:

Note: If a hotel is returned that does not have TripAdvisor ratings the green bubbles ratings will not display.
TripAdvisor Reviews
The Hotel Complete Availability screen will display an interactive tool tip that you can click on to read the last five reviews.
Click the pop up box to read the Top 5 TripAdvisor Reviews.
If the review is long, click the ...more link to expand the information.
Sorting by TripAdvisor Ratings
When using the Sort By drop down, you can sort by TripAdvisor Ratings option along with other options in the drop down list.
This allows you to display the Hotel Search Results screen based on high to low TripAdvisor Ratings.
