Hotel Sell
To sell the hotel rate, click Book.
The Sell Hotel screen displays for you to:
- Add the information for Guest Name and the details for Payment Type and Payment Method. You can also add any Corporate Discount ID and Frequent Guest ID.
Conferma - Billback
The Hotel Billback solution allows Travel Management Companies the ability to provide their customers with an end-to-end payment alternative using virtual credit cards through the Conferma Settlement Platform. Conferma also supports automated hotel fax notification which replaces the manual effort undertaken by agents.

Please Note:
Hotel Billback is available to agencies that have contracted for Billback with Travelport, and completed the onboarding and provisioning process.
For more information on the Travelport Conferma billback/direct-bill solution, please speak to your Travelport Account Manager or Hospitality Business Development Manager. Alternatively, e-mail conferma-enquiries@travelport.com with your contact details and your Travelport Account Manager will be in contact.
- At the bottom of the screen you have the options to request cribs, rollaway beds and add any Supplemental Information that you wish to send to the hotel, for example if your customer does not want a room higher than the third floor.
- Display the Rules using the View Rules link.
After you have complete the details, click Continue to book the hotel.
The response advises the selected hotel is booked and you have links to select other options for e-Pricing, Book a Car or Book Another Hotel.
The confirmed hotel segment is added to the itinerary in the PNR Viewer.
Note: The hotel segment includes the /ARR option with the flight arrival details. When a flight segment exists, the system will auto-populate the structured arrival field at the time of hotel sell. See INFO H/ARR- and HELP H/ARR- for additional information.
