Hotel Availability Using Manual Entries

Hotel Availability may be displayed using manual entries in the Smart Screen.

Hotel Availability List

Example of manual entry: HLBOS19MAR21MAR2/DD-2

The Hotel Availability List display includes links:

Link	Description
	Up to three promotional offers may be available from hotel vendors. Hover over the blue link, such as *W01*, to see the ad. Some links may include a green HAP link, which links directly to the rates for the promotional offer. Example Click a rate to display the Hotel List with rates and rules for the selected property.
	Hovering over the Property Code, decodes the hotel chain code. Clicking the Property Code displays the Property Details.
	Status. Click to display Availability.
	Hovering over the Star displays the Ratings for the hotel property.
	Click to display hotel images.
	Click to display hotel maps.
	Click to display more results. Equivalent to the HD (Hotel Down) entry.

Hotel List Display

The Hotel Availability response includes links:

Link	Description
BEST AVAILABLE RATE	Hovering over the Best Available Rate displays a tooltip with Guarantee information
	Clicking on the Rate displays the Rate Rules
	Clicking on the icon Sells the hotel

When the Sell icon is selected, the cryptic sell entry is added to the entry field:

Example to sell line 1:H001/

Complete the sell entry with Guarantee details and name if required.
