Troubleshooting Logins
Common issues if Travelport Smartpoint fails to open correctly at log in.

The minimum software requirements are:
Operating System
- Microsoft Windows 7.1 Service Pack 1 and later.
- Microsoft Windows 2008 Server R2 and later.
Browser
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 or later. However, Internet Explorer 10 or later is recommended because Microsoft no longer supports IE 9.
- Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 or later must be enabled in Internet Explorer.
Note: Other browsers, such as Firefox, Chrome, Netscape, and Edge, are not supported.
Screen Resolution
1024 x 768 or 1366×768 (for later Windows operating systems). A 17-inch monitor is recommended.
Keyboard
Keyboard with Windows-enabled F1 through F12 function keys.

Possible Cause
Confirm that you are not using Microsoft Edge, which is the default browser for Windows 10. MS Edge does not support Active-X technology, which is required for Travelport Smartpoint.
Correction
Open Travelport Smartpoint in Internet Explorer. Travelport Smartpoint supports Internet Explorer 10, but 11 or later is strongly recommended. By default, Internet Explorer is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe.
Note: In some minor version of Windows 10, Windows may recognize that ActiveX is present and automatically open Travelport Smartpoint in Internet Explorer.

If the Log In page does not display properly, your screen may be set at an incorrect resolution.
- Confirm that your screen resolution is set at 1024x768 or 1366×768.
- Re-launch Travelport Smartpoint.
- Press F11 to display the "full screen" view.
- Press F5 to refresh the page.
