Custom Trip Quote

Tip! Agencies that currently use Custom Trip Quote are encouraged to migrate to the enhanced Trip Quote available in Smartpoint 10.0 and later.

With Custom Trip Quote, you can:

  • Email quotes to travelers with all the details of their trip, including air, hotel, and car.
  • Email booked itineraries to travelers with all their trip details.
  • Email flight schedules based on air availability to travelers.
  • Save/retrieve a quote with a limit of 20 records per agent.
  • Book from a saved template (air only).
  • Retrieve a saved quote within the same agency Pseudo City Code (PCC).
  • Use styling, filtering, and configuration options to accommodate agency processes or client preferences. For example, you can:
  • Select from and customize several themes for emails and PDFs, including a mobile theme for smartphones.
  • Create templates with customized themes, colors, logos, and languages (English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese).

Custom Trip Quote:

  • Is available as free app on Travelport Marketplace.
  • Works with Smartpoint 8.1 and later.
  • Is available on Travelport Apollo (1V) and Travelport+ (1G).
  • Is available to agencies in the Americas, as well as these countries: Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, and Malaysia.
