Error Messages
The following error messages may be returned from Travelport+ (1G) or Apollo (1V) when you create or change a host password or keyword.

A password is mandatory. |

ERR: PASSWORD – SIGN ON |
The password is incorrect. |
Follow the steps for resetting your password. Important! Do not call the Travelport Help Desk unless you are a second-level authorizer. |
ERR: PASSWORD – MUST BE ALPHA AND NUMERIC |
The password you are trying to use does not contain both alphabetic and numeric characters. Your keyword is correct. |
Use both alphabetic and numeric characters in your password. |
ERR: KEYWORD/PASSWORD NOT VERIFIED – ENTER BOTH AGAIN - GALILEO |
The password OR keyword format is incorrect. |
Review the Password and Keyword requirements and re-enter them in a correct format. |
ERR: SIGN ON LOCKED SEE AUTHORISER – GALILEO |
You are locked out because you entered an incorrect password three or more times. |
Follow the steps for resetting your password. Important! Do not call the Travelport Help Desk unless you are a second-level authorizer. |
ERR: PASSWORD - RESTRICTED WORD LIST |
The password you are trying to use is not allowed. |
Select another password that meets the requirements. |
