Error Messages

The following error messages may be returned from Travelport+ (1G) or Apollo (1V) when you create or change a host password or keyword.

PSWD BYPASS NOT ALLOWED – ENTER PASSWORD AND KEYWORD

A password is mandatory.

Enter a password and keyword.

ERR: PASSWORD – SIGN ON

The password is incorrect.

Follow the steps for resetting your password.

Important! Do not call the Travelport Help Desk unless you are a second-level authorizer.

ERR: PASSWORD – MUST BE ALPHA AND NUMERIC

The password you are trying to use does not contain both alphabetic and numeric characters. Your keyword is correct.

Use both alphabetic and numeric characters in your password.

ERR: KEYWORD/PASSWORD NOT VERIFIED – ENTER BOTH AGAIN - GALILEO

The password OR keyword format is incorrect.

Review the Password and Keyword requirements and re-enter them in a correct format.

ERR: SIGN ON LOCKED SEE AUTHORISER – GALILEO

You are locked out because you entered an incorrect password three or more times.

Follow the steps for resetting your password.

ERR: PASSWORD - RESTRICTED WORD LIST

The password you are trying to use is not allowed.

Select another password that meets the requirements.
