Canceling Refunds

With Assisted Ticketing, refunds can be canceled, if permitted by the carrier. Multiple canceled refunds can be processed at the same time.

You have the option to refund tickets from either:

  • An active PNR/Booking File.

  • Without a PNR/Booking File.

After the ticket information is entered or selected, the rest of the cancellation process is the same.

 

For all canceled refunds:
  1. Click CONTINUE to display the confirmation message. In this example, refunds for three tickets are canceled.

    Note: With this approval, the agent assumes responsibility that they have followed all of the carrier rules for cancellations.
  2. Click Yes to confirm the refund and display the success message.

  3. If the cancellation is not successful, an error message is returned in the message.

  4. Click OK to complete the refund cancellation process and display the confirmation message.
