Value Proposition
The majority of tickets are quickly and easily issued. As an administrator, you may have an extra resource within your ticketing department who handles and quality checks bookings so they can be fulfilled accordingly, which may not be the best use of their time or your money!
Travelport Queue Control Console can free up your resource to use their expertise to become more productive elsewhere in your business. If you have one or more full- or part-time member (s) of ticketing staff, then you could potentially free up their time with Queue Control Console.
Extendable
The solution has been written from the ground up as a framework allowing additional custom handlers to be added. In case of specific business requirements new handlers can be created to cater to them by the in-house development team.
Example of custom handlers that could be written:
- Advanced queue move functionality. Moves can be based on travel date, creating agent and more.
- Schedule change functionality. Email clients with schedule changes and automatically accept schedule changes shorter than a specific time frame.
