User Profile

With version 22.2, the User Profile menu provides a way to change your one, set your language and time zone preference, and log off.

Select the circle icon in the upper right corner of the Queue Control Console window to display the user profile menu.

• Select Change Password to change your password. Passwords expire every 90 days.

• Select the language option to choose a different language.

• Select the current time zone to choose a different time zone so that you can view schedules and action logs in any time zone.

  Note: Schedule timetables will still be based on the agency time zone. But all other timestamps in the system will be based on the user’s selected time zone.
