Troubleshooting

Select the Schedules menu. Find the Schedule and ensure it is active.
If it is showing active, then make sure the Access Method is also active. Select the Access Method tab and ensure it is active.
Important: Each Schedule should be set to a minimum of 15 minutes nothing less.

When creating or editing an Access Method, if you receive the error:
Count not create a web service request with your credentials. Error returned: Uncaught Service Exception
The Robotic Sign on is not found. Please contact Travelport support by raising a case in MyTravelport.

Sign into https://my.travelport.com/.

From the Help and resources menu, select Travelport support.

Select Raise a case. Create a new case, providing details about your problem.

If you receive an error when creating a user, ensure that all required information has been provided and that the user does not already exist.
