Schedule: Copy

You can create a new schedule by copying an existing schedule. The schedule copy function copies an existing schedule and its associated actions, including criteria, monitoring queues, and handlers, as well as any associated advanced robotic ticketing actions with their associated properties, excluding the monitoring queues and commissions. The newly copied schedule is set to inactive by default.

  1. Locate the schedule you want to copy in the list of schedules, then click the Create copy button. The newly copied schedule is set to inactive by default.

  2. Click the Edit button to review the newly created schedule.

  3. Check the Active option to activate the schedule.

  4. Click Save to save any changes and return to the Schedule list.
