Schedule: Copy an Action
You can create a new action by copying an existing action. The action copy function copies an existing action with the same attributes, criteria, monitoring queues, and handlers. The newly copied action is set to inactive by default.

Locate the action you want to copy in the list of actions, then click the Create copy button. The newly copied action is set to inactive by default and the action displays in the action list.

Click Details (if an Action) or Configure (if a Ticketing Action) button to review the newly created action.

Check the Active option then click Save to activate the action.
