Help Desk Support
Help Desk support is available for all users per standard Travelport process.
Please log your tickets through MyTravelport > Help and Resources > Travelport support > Raise a Case > Category: NDC Support Request
Note: If you are a customer of one of Travelport’s local Official Partners, please continue to raise the issue to your local Travelport help desk per normal contact methods.

In the What Help do you require field, choose Error Response or Other.

Select Smartpoint as the Product.

Select Not Applicable for the question "is your issue related to one of the following".

Select the airline that the NDC issue is on.

Ensure that the Short description field contains NDC as the first word to help expedite the appropriate routing and response.

Enter the Smartpoint version number being used.

Enter the PNR Booking file reference number.

Select Submit.
