NDC Airline registration requirements
Many airlines have a registration process which agencies need to follow to gain access to their NDC content. Agency sign up with the airline is the responsibility of the agency to ensure there is an appropriate agreement in place between the two parties. The details below are provided for guidance.
Prior to registering, please ensure the airline is listed for your country in the NDC content by country section.
Airline | Registration Requirements |
---|---|
Air France (AF) and KLM (KL) |
Agencies who want to use NDC content must first register with Air France.
|
American Airlines (AA) |
American have designated Travelport trusted partner status and therefore all Travelport customers using Travelport+ have access to American NDC content without additional airline registration requirements. Private Fares: If you currently have any negotiated or private fares with American, please contact your American sales representative to access it via NDC. |
avianca (AV) |
Agencies in Colombia must first register directly with avianca. Agents will need to register on the avianca Agency Registration Portal — requesting Travelport as their aggregator — even if they are already registered with avianca via a different aggregator. As part of this registration, the agent should provide the following: a copy of identification of the legal representative; Cámara de Comercio (Chamber of Commerce) — not older than 90 days (Applies only for Colombia). No registration is required for BSP / IATA Agencies in all other active countries. |
British Airways (BA) |
Agencies who want to use NDC content must first register with British Airways.
|
Emirates (EK) |
Unlike other airlines, Emirates Airlines don’t have a registration process that agencies need to follow to gain access to their NDC content. An activation process is in place however, which has started on the 24th of June. We expect most agencies in relevant countries to gain access to Emirates NDC content within 2-3 weeks after launch date. Your Travelport point of contact will be in touch with you with further instructions if required. Private Fares: If you currently have any negotiated or private fares with Emirates, you will need to contact your Emirates sales representative to access them via NDC. The same process as today in EDIFACT applies. Non-IATA agents / Consolidators: As of today Emirates has no plans to provide access to NDC for non-IATA agents. For more information on the NDC airlines available to book in your country, click here. If you have any questions, please contact your Travelport Account Manager. |
Iberia (IB) |
Agents needs to register on IB’s NDC portal https://iag1.my.site.com/s/ndc-request-pub and request Travelport as their aggregator, even if they are already registered with IB via a different aggregator. As part of this registration, the agent should provide their IATA, company information, and which countries they wish to be active within. Agencies do not have to enter every single IATA into the carriers Saleshub with Travelport's setup. Agencies need to enter an IATA associated to their company and Travelport will locate the relevant hierarchy in Salesforce, so as long as the Iberia Account Manager has put all the IATAs in a single hierarchy, they will all be activated for the regions selected by the individual when using Saleshub (if they select global Travelport activates everything). IB will validate the request and will pass information to Travelport. |
Lufthansa Group (EN, LH, LX, OS, SN) |
Agency needs to contact LHG carrier directly and will register with LHG for access to NDC content. Contact: LHG's NDC Connections page. The agent will select their preferred commercial model upon registration. Note: If an agent already has a LHG NDC content agreement, they still need to provide the airline with their Travelport IATA/PCC details and follow the remaining steps in this process to enable content via Travelport. Their existing commercial model with LHG will also apply for Travelport bookings.
If an agent was previously provisioned for Travelport's LHG NDC content and wants to add another LHG carrier, the agent should contact their Travelport Account Manager for activation.

Malaysia Airlines (MH) |

No registration is required for BSP / IATA agents (in the above countries) who do not require access to Private Fares. Account Managers / Operators can entitle customer PCCs (via MyTravelport) as soon as the customer asks to receive the content. BSP / IATA agents (in the above countries) who require access to Private Fares — although Account Managers / Operators can entitle customer PCCs (via MyTravelport) as soon as the customer asks to receive the content, if they want to see their Private Fares in NDC, agents need to contact their local QR Account Mangers to request access. At this time, Qatar (QR) does not support a non-IATA registration process. That process will be forthcoming. |
SAS (SK) |
