Hotel API Error Messages

HTTP Error Messages

400

Invalid XAUTH Identifier in header.

401

Property not allowed: User unauthorized to view content for requested chain code.

429

The HTTP 429 error indicates that the Hotel Availability POST endpoint has been disabled for a specific customer because of excessive transaction volume in excess of capacity. If no other time is specified, the default timeout is 60 minutes, after which the POST endpoint is again available. If you receive an HTTP 429 error, you can wait the default of 60 minutes (or the time noted in the message), or contact your Travelport representative to have access restored.
