Submit a Case Request
To submit a request for certification or report a problem:

Sign in to https://my.travelport.com.

Select the Resources menu then Support portal.

To report a problem, select Raise a Case and select Developer Product Services. For JSON APIs, please select ‘Trip Services’ from the Product list.

To submit a request for certification, follow the above steps and select Certification from the Problem Type list.
