The following resources are available in addition to this online help.

MyTravelport

MyTravelport (https://my.travelport.com) is Travelport's single sign-on customer portal for information, support, and services. When you registered with Travelport you received an automated email inviting you to complete your registration with MyTravelport. You can access MyTravelport anytime and anywhere you can connect to the internet. You can use MyTravelport to raise a support request, update it, monitor its status, close it, and reopen it if needed.

Submit a Case Request

To submit a request for certification or report a problem:

  1. Sign in to https://my.travelport.com.

  2. Select the Resources menu then Support portal.

  3. To report a problem, select Raise a Case and select Developer Product Services. For JSON APIs, please select ‘Trip Services’ from the Product list.

  4. To submit a request for certification, follow the above steps and select Certification from the Problem Type list.
