Interest

An interest is a special code you can create and assign to any customer account. Assigning an interest to a group of customer accounts enables you to easily access those records in queries and in GlobalWare's mail merge functions. For example, if several customers are interested in skiing, you could assign the interest code "SKI" to those customers. Then you could send marketing mailings to those customers whenever you have skiing-related specials
