Deleting Parties
When you have a retail group, you generally want to delete a party from the group and not the group itself. To delete a party, you delete all passengers in that party.
To delete a party:

On the Groups submenu, click Passenger Maintenance.
The Passenger Maintenance screen appears.
- Specify the name of the party you want to delete in the Party ID field.

Click SEARCH.
The Search Results grid lists the passengers with the party ID you specified.
- Click SELECT ALL.

Click DELETE. Confirm the deletion.

Click Yes to delete the records. If invoice items exist for the selected passengers, you are prompted to confirm the deletion.
Note: Deleting the passenger does not affect invoices.

To delete the passenger, click Yes.
