Troubleshooting

If you have many unreconciled transactions and cannot figure out why, it could be because you did not clear existing transactions before you began reconciling the credit card accounts with the CCR Start Up function. For information about the CCR Start Up function, see Adding CCR Accounts. Or it could be because the CCR account was set up incorrectly and the wrong transactions were imported.

To remove unreconciled transactions, you must manually reconcile them and then purge.

If you need to reconcile many transactions manually, you might find it easier to create one transaction that offsets the total of all the transactions. For example, if you need to manually reconcile 100 transactions that total to $21,000, enter one transaction in CCR Transaction Maintenance for negative $21,000. Then select all of the transactions and reconcile.
