Deleting Agent Commission Setups

To remove an entire agent's commission setup from GlobalWare, you must individually remove each travel type record that is set up for the agent from the Defined Travel Types grid on the Edit Agent Commission File screen. After removing all travel type records for the agent, you can see that the agent is also removed from the Agent box when you exit the screen and open it again.

To delete an agent commission setup:

1. In the Agent box on the Edit Agent Commission File screen, select the agent for whom you want to remove commission setup.

   The Defined Travel Types grid lists travel type records that are set up for the agent.

2. Select a travel type record to remove.

3. Press Ctrl+Delete.

   A message appears, asking you to confirm deleting the record.

4. Click OK.

   GlobalWare removes the record from the grid.

5. Repeat steps 2 through 4 for each travel type record listed in the grid.
6. After removing all travel type records for the agent, click the exit () icon to close the screen.

7. Re-open the Edit Agent Commission File screen.

   The Agent box on the screen no longer lists the agent.
