GWPlus – Create Export Files

GWPlus is an export package that enables American Automobile Association (AAA) agencies to meet the reporting requirements of AAA National.

1. On the GL submenu, click GWPlus – Create Export Files.

   The GWPlus – Create Export Files screen appears.

2. Enter your Club Number.

3. Enter the Date Range. This must be an ARC week (Monday through Sunday) per AAA National requirements.

4. The Include Maintenance Files option enables you to generate lookup files for hotels, airlines, city codes, and branches that are specific to your agency. Generally, you need to generate the maintenance file the first time you use GWPlus, and then not again unless you add branches, hotels, airlines, or city codes.

5. To create the export file, click EXPORT.
