Accessing the Record Checks Screen

To access the Record Checks screen, on the A/P submenu, click Record Checks.

The Record Checks screen appears.

Note: The Record Checks screen varies based on the selection in the field directly under the Check Entry heading (Write Individual Checks, Batch Checks, Batch EFTs, Batch ACHs, or Void/Delete Checks).

With the exception of the Write Individual Checks version of the screen, the top area of the screen displays fields used for querying checks. After you provide search criteria and click SEARCH, checks that match the search criteria appear in the Search Results grid (or in the Check to Void/Delete grid for the Void/Delete Checks version of the screen).
