Tagging Accounts
Before you can print a list, delete several account IDs, mail merge, or generate labels, you must tag the accounts. You can also tag accounts and then run certain reports for only those tagged accounts by entering @TAGGED in the Account ID criterion field. Many customer reports can be run for tagged accounts, and some provider reports also.
To tag an account, press and hold down the Ctrl key and click the record. Do the same to untag a tagged account. You can also use the TAG ALL and UN-TAG ALL buttons.
With multi-user GlobalWare, records are tagged per user (each user can tag different records). Records remain tagged until you untag them or exit GlobalWare.
