Troubleshooting the Amadeus Interface

You can perform the following procedures to troubleshoot the Amadeus interface:

Reprinting the Last Interface Log

You should always review the interface log to check for error messages and verify any additions to the Account ID (AccountId) table. You might need to reprint the interface log for a variety of reasons (for example, if the printer jams while printing the log). For details, see Reprint Last Interface.
