Request:
The user must send a 1440v.5 to change the assumed city, if necessary. The response will be a blank 1441v5. This will set the default Tariff display to the city code specified. This entry is equivalent to the terminal emulation entry HMCT-ccc/I. The city code entered will be validated before it is used in the PNRBF processing path.
