A basic fare quote provides airfare quotes based on the itinerary and class of service booked. This transaction finds the lowest price for the booked itinerary, which is the price that would be on the ticket. Basic Fare Quote can retrieve quotes for as many as 16 air segments. The basic, or normal, fare quote is recommended for schedule-driven passengers. Also known as Exactly as Booked.

To use this transaction, an air itinerary must first be booked using PNRBFManagement_#. The user must also be signed up for agency and/or airline private fares if they want to receive private fares.
