Section 2: Detailed Description

Request:

Create a Booking File; file manual fares.
<ManualFareUpdateSaveMods> (data record 4016) is used for Manual Fare Update. The following XML tags need to be sent for this function:

<FareNumInfo> (KLR DPFI) is sent to establish Fare Relationship.

<GenQuoteDetails> (KLR GFGQ) is sent to generate General Quote Information Response.

<AgntEnteredPsgrDescInfo> (KLR GFZ8) is sent to generate Passenger Description entered by the Agent.

<FareConstruction> (KLR GFFC) is sent to generate Fare Construction Response.

<SegRelatedInfo> (KLR GFSR) is sent to specify Segment Specific Information Response.

<PsgrFacilityCharge> (KLR GFPF) is sent to specify Passenger Facility Charge Information Response.

<InfoMsg> (KLR GFMM) is sent to generate Informational Messages Response.

<AssocPsgrs> (KLR DPPI) is sent to specify Passenger Relationship.

<AssocSegs> (KLR DPII) is sent to specify Itinerary Relationship.

<PlatingAirVMod> (KLR DP0H) is sent to specify the Plating Carrier.

Prerequisite tasks:

Booking File must be present in the AAA.

Expected response:

The response <ManualFareUpdate> (data record 4017) will include <FareNumInfo> (KLR DPFI) and <DPOK>.

Error and warning responses:

If there is an error, it is sent back with <ErrText> in the <ManualFareUpdate> response.
