The ClientFile_2 transaction accesses Galileo Client File and Apollo PRO-File information and can be used to create a Client File, delete a Client File, retrieve Client File data for a user, to maintain existing Client File data, or to use Client File data in the process of creating a Booking.
The following table describes the tasks that can be performed with ClientFile_2.

Client File/PRO-File Create | This task allows the user to create a new Client File. Either a Business or Personal Client File can be created. |
This task retrieves a Specific Client File and all the data that resides in that Client File. In addition, the act of retrieving a Client File will also ‘activate’ any associated TravelScreen preferences. For more information, see the TravelScreen_5_2 transaction. | |
This task provides a method for the user to find a specific Client File by specifying a Wild Card type of information in the request. In this case, the user will receive a list of Client Files that match the data entered, even if there is only one match found. This task should be used with caution, as the resulting amount of data can be very resource intensive. | |
Client File/PRO-File Maintenance | This task allows the user to maintain (modify) an existing Client File. The functions that form the Client File Maintenance process include adding, deleting, or changing existing data. Multiple occurrences of add, delete, and change modifications can be done in one request. |
