New Leisure Rate Codes

The following codes apply mainly to older versions of this transaction when Complete Pricing Plus (CP-2) data exists. These codes will only display in the <RuleTypeInd> elements if the HOV version is prior to CP-2 AND if CP-2 data exists. If the HOV request version is CP-2 or greater, then CP-2 fields will be return via their own unique XML tags rather than in the <RuleTypeInd> element.
