Non-programmatic queues

There are 74 non-programmatic queues you can structure in any way you like. Some agencies use certain queues to store booking files that need additional work, need to be reviewed by quality control, or need to be assigned to a specific individual in the agency.

Some agencies assign a non-programmatic queue to each individual working in the agency, so they can follow up with customers on booking files they have created themselves.

Queue categories

Non-programmatic queues may be divided into categories and date ranges to allow additional storage capacity. A category is a sub-division of a queue and may be defined for use by your agency supervisor. Each category may be further divided into four date ranges to permit more filing space.
