Deleting Parties

When you have a retail group, you generally want to delete a party from the group and not the group itself. To delete a party, you delete all passengers in that party.

To delete a party:

  1. On the Groups submenu, click Passenger Maintenance.

    The Passenger Maintenance screen appears.

  2. Specify the name of the party you want to delete in the Party ID field.
  3. Click SEARCH.

    The Search Results grid lists the passengers with the party ID you specified.

  4. Click SELECT ALL.
  5. Click DELETE. Confirm the deletion.

  6. Click Yes to delete the records. If invoice items exist for the selected passengers, you are prompted to confirm the deletion.

    Note: Deleting the passenger does not affect invoices.

  7. To delete the passenger, click Yes.
