Editing Accounts Overview

The Search Results grid on the Account ID screen shows the account ID, the name of the account, and other information depending on the account type. These fields are editable from the Search Results grid without displaying the particular record.

To edit other fields that do not appear in the browse list, you must enter the specific record. On the Account ID screen, double-click a grid row to display an entire record on an edit account screen (Edit Customer, Edit Employee, Edit Provider, or Edit Vendor). When viewing a particular record, you can click PREVIOUS and NEXT to move to other records.
