Taxes Dialog Box

The Taxes dialog box appears when you click Taxes on the Invoice screen. Use this dialog box to set up taxes for individual pay IDs.

The following table describes the fields on the Taxes dialog box.

Field Description

Tax Number

Tax record number (1 to 99).

Tax Code

Tax code for the tax record. Tax codes are alphanumeric and are travel-specific.

Tax Amount

Amount of tax for the tax record.

Total Taxes

Total amount of taxes for the pay ID.
