Status Dialog Box

The Status dialog box appears when you click the Status link on the Invoice screen.

The following table describes the fields on the Status dialog box.

Field Description

Customer

Displays the customer’s account ID.

Note: The following appear only for accounts receivable items and only if payment is not by credit card.

Owes Us

Amount due to agency.

On

Due date for payment.

Has Paid

Amount the customer has paid.

On

Date the customer has paid.

Provider

Displays the provider’s account ID.

We Owe

Amount due to provider.

On

Due date for payment.

Have Paid

Amount the agency has paid.

On

Date on which the agency paid.

Check

Last check applied to this item. Only checks applied in Check functions appear. (On-account checks applied in Adjust Accounts do not appear.)

Gross Sales

Displays the gross sales information.

Amount

Total sales amount.

Posted $

Amount posted to the general ledger.

On

Date on which the amount was posted.

Loaded into CCR

Informs you if a transaction has been loaded into Credit Card Reconciliation (CCR).

Commission

Displays the commission information:

Comm Due

Amount of commission due.

On

Due date for commission.

Has Paid

Amount of commission received.

On

Date on which commission was received.

Other Information

Displays the following information:

Added

Date on which the record was interfaced.

Changed

Date on which the item was last changed or voided.

Agent

Employee who changed or voided the item. For manually-entered invoices, this will be the employee who entered it (until another employee changes it).

Interface

AM for Amadeus, AP for Apollo, GA for Travelport+, SA for Sabre, WS for Worldspan. If blank, the transaction was manually entered.

CRS

AP for Apollo, GA for Travelport+, SA for Sabre, WS for Worldspan. IA for refund or credit memo created by IAR Reconciliation. If blank, the transaction was manually entered.

Status

Status of invoice: O (Open), V (Voided), R (Refunded), E (Exchanged). The secondary box indicates the reason for a voided status, as follows:

If checked, invoice has been billed on a customer statement.

If not checked, invoice has not been billed on a customer statement.

Modified

Date on which the car or hotel booking was updated in GlobalWare. This field is automatically updated when the DJD MIR command is used to send booking information that was changed in Apollo to GlobalWare.

Version

Version number.

Create Date & Time

Date on which the PNR was created (booked date); for manually entered items, this is the date on which it was entered.

Show Pymt Detail link

Displays customer, provider, and commission payment details for the invoice item. The displayed area also enables you to print the payment details. For more information, see Viewing and Printing Payment Details below.

Viewing and printing payment details

To view payment details for the pay ID shown on the Status dialog box, click the Show Pymt Detail link at the bottom of the dialog box.

Note: To hide payment details, click the Hide Pymt Detail link.

The following table describes the fields in the payment details area of the screen.

Customer

Date

Date on which payment by the customer was entered into GlobalWare.

Comment

Name of the customer account.

Amount

Amount of payment from the customer.

Rcpt #

Receipt number for the payment.

St

Payment status: F (Full), P (Partial), or X (Voided or Canceled).

Source

Source of payment entry in GlobalWare (for example, Post Deposit).

Added On

System date and time when payment was added to GlobalWare.

Br

General ledger branch number.

Added By

Sine code of the employee who entered the payment.

Provider

Date

Input date on which payment to the provider was entered into GlobalWare.

Comment

Name of the provider account.

Amount

Amount of payment to the provider.

Check #

Check number for the payment.

St

Payment status: F (Full), P (Partial), or X (Voided or Canceled).

Source

Source of payment entry in GlobalWare (for example, Checks).

Added On

System date and time when payment was added to GlobalWare.

Br

General ledger branch number.

Added By

Sine code of the employee who entered the payment.

Commission

Date

Input date on which payment to the commission agent was entered into GlobalWare.

Amount

Amount of payment to the commission agent.

Rcpt #

Receipt number for the payment.

Agt Paid

Status of whether payment was made to the commission agent. Y (Yes) or N (No).

Agt Paid Date

Date on which the agent statement closed.

St

Payment status: F (Full), O (Overpayment), P (Partial), or X (Voided or Canceled).

Comment

Name of the traveler.

Source

Source of payment entry in GlobalWare (for example, Comm Tracking).

Added On

System date and time when payment was added to GlobalWare.

Br

General ledger branch number.

Agent Code

Sine code of the employee who entered the payment.

To print the displayed payment details, click PRINT. The Send to dialog box appears. Select a report destination. For more information, see Printing Overview.
