Print Preview

GlobalWare enables you to preview reports before you print them. When you print a report, the Send to dialog box appears.

To display a preview of the report:

1. For report destination, select Preview.

2. Click OK.

   The report preview appears with the following toolbar displayed.

   

   The following table describes the features on the preview toolbar.

   Feature	Description
   1	Opens a previously saved report in Rave Snapshot format (*.NDR).
   2	Saves the report in NDR format.
   3	Prints the report.
   4	Displays the first page.
   5	Displays the previous page.
   6	Displays the next page.
   7	Displays the last page.
   8	Goes to a specific page number. (Type the page number and press Enter.)
   9	Zooms in (makes the display larger in 10% increments).
   10	Zooms out (makes the display smaller in 10% increments).
   11	Zooms to fit the page width.
   12	Zooms to fit the page.
   13	Changes the zoom percentage.
   14	Closes the report preview.
