To use this site to reset your password, you must know your Galileo Keyword as you will be prompted to enter this when you next sign in to Galileo after your password has been reset. In addition, your Sign-on must already be locked (usually this will occur on the sixth successive incorrect password entry attempt).

Select Sign-on Type to unlock below, then enter your Sign-on using the corresponding format specified in red .

For an Agency (or AST) Sign-on enter SON/Zxx in the box below, xx is your 2-3 character Sign-on.
For a Service Bureau Sign-on enter SON/xxxxxx in the box below, xxxxxx is your 6-7 character Sign-on.
For a Hotel Vendor Sign-on enter SON/Hxxxx in the box below, xxxx is your 4-6 character Sign-on.
For a Car Vendor Sign-on enter SON/Kxxxx in the box below, xxxx is your 4-6 character Sign-on.
