What do I do when Mergeback freezes at 100%?

If you are experiencing problems with Mergeback freezing when merging a file from a Vendor who has newly converted to the new logibro V4.0 booking screens you may need to delete the Mergeback file called: Vendor.dat.

Note: You will need to delete this file on each Terminal/workstation.

After you delete this file, Mergeback will recreate the file with updated information on that particular Vendor.

In Apollo, input S*OUT/MERGEBACK-LOGIBRO for further information. Then access your applicable platform/version.
