How do I unlock my agent’s sign-on?

1. Type STD/ZXX (XX = agent's sign on code) and press Enter.
2. Tab or Arrow to the LOCK: field placing the cursor on top of the L after the colon.
3. Overtype the L with U (for un-lock).
4. Down Arrow to the bottom line ( 6 times ).
5. Tab to the end of the display ( 6 times ) placing the cursor on the right side of the N in USE KYWD and press Enter.
