I am a secondary authorizer. How do I create a new sign-on?
For a regular agent sign-on: (move down for
Service Bureau)
- Type STD/ZGA if using initials or STD/Z33 if using a
number. Press Enter.
- Tab to NAME. Type in
last name
[space bar]
first name. Do NOT use a
slash.
For sign-on password:
Tab to PASSWORD and type
APOLLO.
Tab to RSPR TEAM, which is a
mandatory field. Type in 2 character alpha numeric code. Press Enter.
The response will be AGENT PROFILE ADDED – CHG PASSWORD – APOLLO.
Nothing else should be done at this point. To clear the screen
press CTRL + W .

- Type STD/ZDABCGA
if using initials or STD/ZDABC33 if using numbers.
ZD makes
it a service bureau. ABC is the unique combination of characters assigned
to the service bureau pseudo and must match the secondary authorizer’s
sign –on.
- Tab to NAME. Type in last name
[space bar] first name.
- For sign-on
password:
Tab to PASSWORD and type APOLLO.
- Tab to RSPR TEAM,
which is a mandatory field. Type in 2 character alpha numeric
code. Press Enter.
- The response will be AGENT PROFILE ADDED – CHG PASSWORD –
APOLLO.
Nothing else should be done at this point. To clear the screen,
press CTRL + W .
