How do I reissue a ticket?

Note: Ticket will retransmit with a new ticket number BUT the invoice number will remain the same. (With the exception of an Electronic Ticket which will retain the same ticket number) The original ticket number will show VOID on the TINS report. It is not necessary to complete a credit card void.

  1. In Apollo type HQB/TKT/DS Press Enter. Check for the correct passenger name on the left hand side of the screen display.
  2. Type HQB/MD in order to move down for more names.
    (If demand sent file is lengthy, scroll in increments: HQB/MD5 (10,15, 40..up to 99). Apollo will alert with error response:SEQ NBR/ITEM NOT AVAILABLE, once the last image in file has been reached.)
  3. Continue to HQB/MD in smaller increments until desired name displays on the left hand side. Use the flight number on the screen to confirm the image displayed is the correct one.  If there is more than one name listed, ALL names will print.
  4. Once image has been displayed, type HQNN, and press Enter. Response will be TRANSMISSION INITIATED.

    Note:  If response is INVALID FOR TINS USER, agency is a non-tins user and should type HQT and press Enter.
