Marriage Logic represents new technology in airline inventory management. It allows participating carriers to better manage inventory by joining segments together as a unit or "marriage".  Using these changes, when reference selling connecting air space from availability, the entire connection has to be sold.  Selling only one leg of a connecting itinerary is not permitted. Marriage Logic allows carriers the ability to designate a married flight option for on-line connecting segments that are reference sold together.
