How can I re-issue my electronic coupons for BSP if I am unable to
display them or print them?
Provided the Electronic Ticket Record
can still be accessed by the airline, coupons from the carrier's
database can be re-issued by doing the following:
Enter HBSD and the
13 digit electronic ticket number i.e..
HBSD0141234567890.
No PNR contact is required.
The coupons which print from the carriers'
database differ from those which are produced
directly from Apollo i.e. the commission and routing code will not
print on the audit and agent coupons.
