As its name implies, the application patiently listens for the travel agent to indicate they want to book insurance. The agent simply tabs to the INS> prompt in Apollo and the easy to use RBC Travel Insurance script appears ready to assist the agent with the insurance booking.

The RBC listener application in conjunction with the easy to use RBC Travel Insurance scripts saves your agent's unnecessary steps while booking insurance, which in turn gives them more time with their customers.
