until all ATFQ fields in the PNR have been ticketed.

- Type in HMLD on your terminal and check to make sure that you are linked to the correct
printer under ITN DEV.
- If unsure, please contact the Galileo Customer Support Centre at
416-581-8671 and pick option # 4 for procedural.

Usually means someone has tried to
sine on using an incorrect password 3 times.
To restore:
- Contact the Galileo Customer Support Centre at
416-581-8671.
- Pick option # 4 for procedural to have your sine on unlocked.

- Then try signing in again.
