Error Message/Issue Reason & Solution
Multiple Ticketing Complete

(no tickets have been issued – this is an error response)

There is more than 1 ATFQ on the PNR.

To restore:

  1. Type T:V or T:OK then HB1: .

  2. Retrieve PNR and Type HB2:  . Repeat the retrieving PNR & issuing specific ATFQ lines (i.e.. HB3: HB4:) until all ATFQ fields in the PNR have been ticketed.

Router CI Unavailable This is network related.

To restore:
Please contact the Customer Support Centre and report it.

APO Unavailable This is network related.

To restore:
Please contact the Customer Support Centre and report it.

OUT Unavailable OUT is the application for LeisureLink and this response means that LeisureLink is down.

To restore:
Please contact the Customer Support Centre and report it.

Itineraries/Invoices Printing on Wrong Printer Could be related to linkage.

To restore:

  1. Type in HMLD on your terminal and check to make sure that you are linked to the correct printer under ITN DEV.
  2. If unsure, please contact the Galileo Customer Support Centre at 416-581-8671 and pick option # 4 for procedural.
Sine on Locked Usually means someone has tried to sine on using an incorrect password 3 times.

To restore:

  1. Contact the Galileo Customer Support Centre at 416-581-8671.
  2. Pick option # 4 for procedural to have your sine on unlocked.
Ordering Printer Ribbons Galileo does not supply printer ribbons.

In Apollo, please refer to S*PRO/PRINTER-RIBBON for information on how and where to order printer ribbons.

OUT Not Signed In This means that you have tried to sign into Apollo but you are stuck in LeisureLink.

To restore:

  1. Type //SDR APO. This will move you into Apollo.
  2. Then try your Apollo sign on……SON/Z
Already Signed In This may mean that you tried to sign into LeisureLink and you were already signed in.

To restore:

  1. Type EXIT
  2. Then try signing in again.
Please Sign In This may mean that you have defaulted into Travel Directory.

To restore:

  1. Type QUIT. You should get the following response: WELCOME BACK TO APOLLO.
  2. If you have received this response, you are now back in Apollo.
Host application restricted Global Accounting related error.

To restore:
Please contact the Customer Support Centre to arrange to have Global bit set for affected terminal.

Error failed security Global Accounting related error.

To restore:
Please contact the Customer Support Centre for assistance.

Global shows no printers assigned. Global Accounting related error.
